Our wild-caught octopus is responsibly trapped with minimal environmental impact in the waters off Spain. Fully cooked to the perfect tenderness using all-natural ingredients, these octopus tentacles are versatile and convenient. Enjoy them cold, right out of the package, or marinate briefly with rosemary and olive oil, then sear in a pan or char on the grill. A traditional dish and tapas must-have, octopus can be served whole, or in slices dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. Great for salads, or as a companion to roasted potatoes and chorizo sausage, with crusty bread and olives on the side. Try sprinkling smoked paprika on top just like they do in Spain.
